Important Notice

The hotel provides an around-the-clock airport transfer service between the hotel and Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Please be informed that the number of occupants eligible for the transfer service is based on the number of occupants in the reserved room type. An extra charge will be incurred for the additional person.

The additional guest will be charged 50 THB/person/way.

Maximum guests / Room type:

- Superior/Deluxe Pool Access: maximum 2 Adults 1 Child

- Triple Room Type: maximum 3 Adults 1 Child

Suvarnabhumi airport pick-up service

For those with an airport transfer package, it is very crucial that you inform us of your arrival flight details prior to your stay.

To submit your flight details, please fill in the pick-up request form at the bottom of this page or send your full name, agent name, and booking number, with the arrival and departure date and time, flight number, number of people in your party and lastly your contact email address to our reservation team at rsvn@thecottagebangkok.com.

Airport Pick-up Service

The hotel airport representative will be at the meeting point at all times. The meeting point is on the second floor at Gate 4, next to the AOT limousine counter service (arrival hall). Please look for the hotel's name on the signboard. In case you are unable to locate our staff, please dial +66 94 809 2112 (airport representative) or +66 2 727 5858 (hotel reception).

Drop-off service

 Upon arrival, please inform the front desk of your flight details so they can arrange a shuttle appropriate to your flight departure time. The drop-off service leaves every hour. Please be ready at the reception five minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
